Saturday Update – Migration Complete – We’re Back!

I purchased one hour of Support Plus from Spencer in an emergency and he saved us! After hiring the wrong people who left our entire forum in the lurch, Spencer quickly stepped in, diagnosed what the other company couldn’t and had it all fixed and humming along by the next day. It’s hard feeling at the mercy of some online services, kind of like taking your car in to be fixed by someone who may or may not end up holding it hostage. Spencer explained the potential causes of our problem and gave us several choices when it came to fixing it. We’re very grateful.
