LabSecrets provides a service, wrapped around open-source (GPL) software, and hosted on 3rd-party server space dedicated to each particular customer. As such, we do not collect any personal data regarding your particular site, members, or content. The only data we collect pertains to our contractual relationship with you, as site owner, and the details required to establish and maintain our service relationship on each of your LabSecrets Solution sites.

The only data we collect and retain for account management purposes:

1. Your Name, Business Name, Address, Phone, Email, PayPal Email
2. Your site Domain Name
3. Any details you choose to provide regarding your business concepts, methods, or marketing ideas as may make it easier for us to tailor our service to meet your needs.

Financial Data

We do not collect nor store any credit card or financial information for any of our clients. All payments are made via trusted 3rd party merchant account service providers or financial institutions providing credit card processing gateways.

Use of your Personal Information

We will only use your personal information for account management, technical support, or to inform you of new products or services from LabSecrets. We will never sell or offer your contact information to third parties for any purpose.
